Long-time blogger currently residing in various fandoms (which describes quite a few people on here actually):

I recently (re)watched Guardian, DMBJ, VLD, NGE, Legend of Korra, OUAT, Fruits Basket, Sense8, Yuri on Ice, Natsume Yuujinchou, KareKano, Secret of Moonacre, The Secret Garden, Krzysztof Kieślowski films, Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars Andor and Ahsoka, and am obsessing over some absurd combination of all of these, depending on the day.

Trying to be on here more often, again, while I work on getting my work going!

Feel free to friend me; I swear that I will start writing about more of my nonsense publicly.

It showed up on international iQIYI yesterday and I watched it last night. Hmmm. Beautifully shot and the interactions between Er Yue Hong and Zhang Qishan are top notch/affecting. It is only 1h 14 m though ;______;. It felt like the beginning of a larger story and I wish there were more.
The dubbing though. It was clearly not in sync at times >_<, not quite enough to detract from my overall enjoyment. And if you do watch, there are TWO extra scenes embedded in the credits, fyi.
It was nice seeing ZanZan again!

Alas, no iqiyi for me, at least not the paid version. I figure it will show up elsewhere eventually (and maybe by then I will be caught up with all the rest of the DMBJ shows, haha).

Ugh I hate it when dubbing is clearly off. Come on, y'all do this whole dubbing thing on a regular basis, you should be better at it by now!
